Saint Anthony School has created and maintains an educational system which is highly respected for its academic excellence. The School's academic standards meet or surpass New York State requirements.

We believe that writing is a necessary tool for learning, thinking and communicating. Therefore, the school is committed to a comprehensive writing program and considers it one of its strengths. Through the Writing Process, the students are taught basic writing skills and techniques which are honed and refined throughout the curriculum.

Other programs and courses include our Spanish program in the intermediate and upper grades. An intense science course throughout the grades includes science labs and culminates in a science fair for students in Grades 5 through 8 to which the entire student body, parents and members of the community are invited. Computer technology further enhances the high academic reputation the school has earned and pledges to maintain for the future.

To meet our goal of educating the whole child, cultural arts is a continuous thread woven throughout the grades beginning with Pre-Kindergarten Nativity pageant and culminating in a full-length musical production in the 8th grade.

As Catholic educators, we are committed to infusing Christian values in every aspect of the student's day.  A values showcase was a highlight of the events held during the Catholic School's Week. As with all school special events, parents and community members are invited to attend, thus strengthening our home-school-community bond.
